Geoff Ranfos began his EMS career in 2009 as an EMT-Basic with Milford Ambulance Service where he found his passion for patient care. In 2011, Geoff advanced his patient care abilities to EMT-Intermediate, quickly followed by an Associate Degree in Paramedicine from NHTI. He presently works full-time for Milford Ambulance Service in Milford, NH. In 2013, Geoff connected his love for EMS with another love: skiing. Geoff is a member of the National Ski Patrol, and regularly patrols at Ragged Mountain in Danbury, NH.
Geoff has extensive experience in patient care through 911 emergencies, long-distance advanced life support interfacility transfers, and hospital emergency departments. With a strong understanding of pre-hospital medicine and clinical care, Geoff is able to provide insightful instruction, coaching, and guidance to GSEMS students. Geoff joined the Granite State EMS team in January of 2014. When not working or teaching, Geoff enjoys snowshoeing, kayaking, and walks in the woods.
