Chris’ interest in EMS started at a young age after learning about First Aid and lifesaving skills as a Boy Scout. At the age of 17, he became an Explorer with his local fire department. Currently licensed as a Nationally Registered Advanced EMT, Chris served as the EMS Coordinator for the Town of Strafford, NH before moving on to other venues. Chris is also on staff at the New Hampshire Fire Academy as a program assistant and as a specialty instructor for First Aid/CPR and EMT programs. In addition to being an AEMT, Chris holds New Hampshire certifications as a Firefighter II, as well as a part-time police officer.
Chris is dedicated to keeping up to speed with the latest in EMS technology and research, has a passion for working with the younger generation of EMS and is still heavily involved in the field training process with his local EMS service.
